WirkFabrik / Network tool + pop-up implementation atelier

From think tank to thing tank.

WirkFabrik is a tool for clusters, networks and events that want to put knowledge from industries, generations and regions to work. AI groups topics, people build trust, and ideas become prototypes, alliances and practical results. Impact comes from doing.

Network tool

Events bring Europe’s shared knowledge together.

For clusters, associations, industries and networks that want to bring people together and turn every event into useful insights: across industries, generations and practical projects.

Gather

Questions, perspectives, challenges and ideas from workshops, panel discussions, tours and conversations are collected in a structured way.

Cluster

AI identifies related topics, recurring patterns, blind spots and surprising connections between industries.

Connect

Connections emerge across Europe: between regions, generations, experts, companies and questions of the common good.

Put to work

Event energy becomes topic maps, project ideas, prototypes, alliances and useful follow-up conversations.

We are planning pop-up implementation ateliers in different cities: hands-on workshops where people work on practical ideas together. When you add a contribution, you can optionally enter a city and country. This helps us plan locations.

Events collect industry knowledge. The platform makes patterns, clusters and connections useful.

Method

Think. Make. Make it visible. Create impact.

WirkFabrik puts event knowledge into practice through workshops, prototype sessions, action labs, AI topic groups, creative activities, social experiments, learning formats and visible projects.

  1. 01
    Pop up

Bring place, urgency, people and energy together. The studio is temporary, mobile and ready to use immediately.

  2. 02
    Distill

Contributions become patterns: AI groups topics, while people assess their meaning, risk, timing and intended impact.

  3. 03
    Build

People use their hands, tools, spaces, design, data and words to build things instead of more slides.

  4. 04
    Test

Prototypes, campaigns, rituals and spaces are tested with real users, audiences and contexts.

  5. 05
    Create impact

What resonates becomes something others can use: a project, guide, shared resource, activity, product or movement.

Get started

Bring an idea, a place or an urgent challenge.

WirkFabrik starts where people want to use event knowledge, build, test and make change happen. Every enquiry begins with a 15-minute pop-up check-in.

Idea

I have an idea that needs hands.

You do not need a perfect strategy. Bring a spark, a question, an audience and the courage to try.

Spark the idea
Network

I organise events that should leave something lasting.

Clusters, associations, industries and communities become sources of shared knowledge and future projects.

Activate the network
Urgent challenge

I see a problem that needs to come out now.

A crisis, a bureaucratic obstacle, a gap in education or a moment of community energy becomes a starting point for action.

Transparency is not fine print

No impact fog.

48 hours from problem to solutionRoles, initial pilot cycles, results and learning loops are being documented step by step. We do not promise completed impact before field testing.

  1. 01Clear brief

Before we start, we identify the guiding question, participants, scope for decisions and the evidence sought.

  2. 02Named responsibility

For every cycle, the host, project responsibility and decision points are made visible.

  3. 03Field test before claims

A prototype does not count as impact. Only testing in a real-world context provides robust evidence.

  4. 04Clean close-out

We document what remains, what ends, who takes ownership and what knowledge can be shared openly.

In brief

Questions about WirkFabrik.

Direct answers for clusters, networks, organizations and everyone who wants to turn shared knowledge into concrete next steps.

What is WirkFabrik?

WirkFabrik is a mobile thing tank and popup action studio. It combines human facilitation and AI-powered topic clustering to turn knowledge from events, clusters and networks into prototypes, alliances and actionable next steps.

Who is WirkFabrik for?

For clusters, associations, cities, schools, companies, organizations and communities that refuse to let event results disappear into documentation.

How does the network tool work?

Participants capture topics, challenges and ideas. The tool clusters related input, reveals connections between industries, generations and regions, and highlights the next conversations or pilot projects.

What does a WirkFabrik popup create?

Depending on the question, it creates prototypes, campaigns, knowledge maps, spaces, learning formats, alliances or concrete pilot projects.

How does a collaboration begin?

With a 15-minute popup check: together we clarify the occasion, participants, desired impact and a first testable step.

How does WirkFabrik make results traceable?

Every cycle identifies the guiding question, participants, responsibility and decision points. Prototypes are tested in a real-world context; the close-out documents what remains, what ends, who takes ownership and which next steps follow.

Do I need a fully developed project idea?

No. A topic, a question or a problem is enough to get started. Briefly describe what matters to you or where you need support. In the network tool, filling in just one of the topic, challenge or idea fields is enough.

How can I suggest my city for a pop-up implementation atelier?

When adding your contribution, enter your preferred city and country under “Pop-up in your city (optional)”. These details help us plan where people would like to work on practical ideas together.

Do I have to enter a city and country?

No. Both fields are optional. You can fill in both, use just one or leave them blank. You can save your contribution without location details. We do not need a street or exact address.

Does entering a location book a date?

No. Your city and country show where you would like an atelier. This helps with planning but does not make a booking or confirm a date. For a specific enquiry, get in touch using “Contact”.

Who can see my city and country?

Your location details appear with your contribution and can be seen by anyone with the board link or event code. They are also included in exports. If you do not want this, leave the fields blank. Details in the separate contact field are not displayed publicly.

How can I use the results after the event?

Open “View all inputs” and choose “Download CSV”. You can open the file in Excel, for example. For specific topics or locations, search first and then use “Selection as CSV”. Each contribution stays on the board for 30 days after it is saved. Download the results before then if you need them longer.

Next step

Bring an idea, a space or a moment that cannot wait.

15 minutes is enough for a first pop-up check-in. You do not need a finished solution, just an event, a network or a question with energy.
