WirkFabrik network tool
For clusters, networks and events: gather contributions, cluster related topics, reveal cross-connections and keep working after the social experience. In clusters, participants can speak in different languages: contributions are transcribed live, translated and read aloud automatically.
Getting started? Guide
We are planning pop-up implementation ateliers in different cities: hands-on workshops where people work on practical ideas together. When you add a contribution, you can optionally enter a city and country. This helps us plan locations.
Changing language opens a new tab. Your entries stay here.
In brief
Boards can be accessed using their event code. Please do not enter confidential information.
How does the network tool work?
Participants capture topics, challenges and ideas. The tool clusters related input, reveals connections between industries, generations and regions, and highlights the next conversations or pilot projects.
How are topic clusters created?
The network tool compares shared keywords. When text embeddings are available, they add similarities between texts. Otherwise, the tool continues using keywords. Clusters and connection suggestions are working hypotheses, not verified recommendations.
Who can read an event board?
Anyone who knows the event code can open its board. The code is not a password. Please do not put confidential or personal information in topics, challenges or ideas. Boards and exports are marked to discourage search indexing; this does not provide access control.
What happens after clustering?
Participants review the suggested connections, choose a shared test question, and agree responsibilities and next steps. You can export clusters as JSON and inputs as CSV. The tool does not replace facilitation or an assessment of impact.
Can I speak in different languages?
Yes. In “My device” mode, your selected language helps the system recognise speech. In “Several on one phone” mode, each person introduces themselves once with their name and language. The tool can match contributions in different languages to speakers; they remain visible in the original language in the cluster and are translated into the main language.
When are contributions read aloud?
Translations are played automatically on devices listening in that language. Contributions already in the language you are listening to are not played again. You can turn off automatic playback. Where possible, the tool pauses recording during playback and filters recognised playback echoes so they do not appear as new transcript contributions.
How are voice samples used and deleted?
If you have consented and introduced yourself once, short voice samples and clear contributions matched to you may be used to read translations in a suitable voice. These audio clips remain in temporary storage for up to 2 hours and are deleted after the session. After 24 hours, the next cleanup run requests deletion of the temporary AI voice clone from the speech service. The text remains in the cluster for 30 days.
Do I need a fully developed project idea?
No. A topic, a question or a problem is enough to get started. Briefly describe what matters to you or where you need support. In the network tool, filling in just one of the topic, challenge or idea fields is enough.
How can I suggest my city for a pop-up implementation atelier?
When adding your contribution, enter your preferred city and country under “Pop-up in your city (optional)”. These details help us plan where people would like to work on practical ideas together.
Do I have to enter a city and country?
No. Both fields are optional. You can fill in both, use just one or leave them blank. You can save your contribution without location details. We do not need a street or exact address.
Does entering a location book a date?
No. Your city and country show where you would like an atelier. This helps with planning but does not make a booking or confirm a date. For a specific enquiry, get in touch using “Contact”.
Who can see my city and country?
Your location details appear with your contribution and can be seen by anyone with the board link or event code. They are also included in exports. If you do not want this, leave the fields blank. Details in the separate contact field are not displayed publicly.
How can I use the results after the event?
Open “View all inputs” and choose “Download CSV”. You can open the file in Excel, for example. For specific topics or locations, search first and then use “Selection as CSV”. Each contribution stays on the board for 30 days after it is saved. Download the results before then if you need them longer.
